- Civil: B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
- Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
- Electrical: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics)
- Environment: B.Tech (Environmental Engineering) OR 2-year PG in Environmental Engineering/Science
- IT: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Computer Engineering)
- Electronics & Communication: B.E./B.Tech (E&C)
- HR: Graduate + 2-year full-time MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel
- Finance: CA / ICWA / 2-year full-time MBA in Finance
- Law: Graduate with LLB (3-year or 5-year integrated)
- Geology: M.Sc / M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics (with Engineering Geology)
- Additional disciplines like Medical, Safety as applicable
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹600 + 18% GST
- No fee for SC/ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Objective exam including discipline-specific and executive aptitude sections
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Service Agreement Bond:
- ₹10,00,000 for General/OBC/EWS
- ₹7,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD
Candidates must serve for a minimum of 3 years post-training
Salary & Benefits
- During Training: ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 (IDA scale) + allowances (up to 35%)
- Post-Training/Regular Pay Scale (E-3): ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000 (with additional benefits)
